Seven Herbs: Plants As Teachers

Dates: July 25, August 8, August 15, August 22, August 29, September 5, September 12 Time: 1pm - 4pm

Tuition: $100

Location: The Herb Society of America - 9019 Kirtland Chardon Road, Kirtland, OH 44094

An introduction into the wisdom of plant consciousness with flower essences. Easter Lily, Yerba Santa, Iris, Sagebrush, Cat's Ears, Black Cohosh, and Lady's Slipper are examined in this 7 week course.

Students are required to purchase all materials for the class:

• Textbook: Seven Herbs: Plants As Teachers by Master Herbalist Matthew Wood
• Flower Essences:
• Easter Lily (Lilium longiflorum)
• Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon californicum)
• Iris (Iris versicolor)
• Sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata)
• Cat's Ears/Star Tulip (Calochortus tolmei)
• Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)
• Lady's Slipper (Cypripedium pubescens or parviflorum)

I recommend purchasing the flower essences from Delta Gardens and Southern Herb, but you are able to purchase them from the company of your choice.

This course is for serious students only. Homework will be assigned.
